PASS
Tell us about your position & why it’s important: PASOC was created to remedy dropping retention rates of pilipinos at Berkeley. The course is meant to connect incoming students, and teach them everything they need to know to succeed.
What are some of your goals for this year?: making sure that pasoc, and PASS as a whole, succeeds in its goals
First exposure to PASS: being an intern my freshman year
Why & how did you decide to get involved?: my sister wanted to intern, and dragged me along. best decision ever.
Why is PASS’ work important?: the number of students that we help is astonishing...imagine if we helped all of them get into higher education.
Where do you see PASS in 10 years?: continuing the work that we do
Shout-outs?: lauren, bud, pass staff and interns, and...everyone! (VISIT ME IN OFFICE HOURS!)
